1.What is the difference between 304 and 202 grades?

The major differences between 202 and 304 stainless steels are in the nickel and chromium contents. 202 has 16-18% chromium and 0.5-4.0% nickel, whilst 304 has 18-20% chromium and 8-10.5% nickel. There are other minor differences in the amount of carbon (0.08% in 304 and 0.12% in 202), manganese (2% in 304 and 5.5-7.5% in 202), as well as slight differences in the silicon, phosphorus and molybdenum contents. Both are austenitic steels and are essentially non-magnetic, but will become temporarily magnetic by working them. The manganese helps preserve the austenitic phase in the steels, as does the nickel.

2.Which is the first and best quality of Stainless Steel?

Stainless Steel grades 304 and above are the best and first quality stainless steel

3.When do we have to order for railing during the construction of house\building?

Soon after you finish your flooring work of the house or building, then place the order for the stainless steel works.

4.How do you fix railing?

We do op fixing and side fixing of the railings

5.Does the stainless Steel railing work affect the marble /granite flooring?

We use diamond core bit, hence there is hardly any chance of damage to the flooring work.

6.Does stainless steel corrode?

Although stainless steel is much more resistant to corrosion than ordinary carbon or alloy steels, in some circumstances it can corrode. It is ‘stain-less’ not ‘stain-impossible’. In normal atmospheric or water based environments, stainless steel will not corrode as demonstrated by domestic sink units, cutlery, saucepans and work-surfaces. In more aggressive conditions, the basic types of stainless steel may corrode and a more highly alloyed stainless steel can be used

7.What surface finishes are available on stainless steels?

There are many different types of surface finish on stainless steel. Some of these originate from the mill but many are applied later during processing, for example polished, brushed, blasted, etched and colored finishes. The importance of surface finish in determining the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel surface cannot be overemphasized. A rough surface finish can effectively lower the corrosion resistance to that of a lower grade of stainless steel.

8.Do you make glass railing?

Yes we make glass railings.

9.What do you mean toughened/ laminated glass?

Laminated glass has the same strength as ordinary glass but it consists of two pieces of glass containing a sandwich of plastic inter layer. If the glass does get broken this inter layer holds the whole piece in place so there is no hole left in the window for an intruder to get in through for example or large free shards that can cut. It’s the same glass you find in car windscreens & shop fronts. Toughened glass is up to five times as strong as ordinary glass which means that it has to be hit much harder in order to break; also when it does break it is into lots of small pieces which are much less dangerous. It’s the same glass that you will find in bus stops & phone boxes where you may have seen it smashed into small pieces on the floor.

10.Which thickness of glass you prefer for regular use?

We prefer 10 mm or 12 mm, depending upon the usage.
